Lissa’s Bridal Portraits…

Lissa Holmes and Greg Everett were married on July 3rd 2010 at their family’s home in Conway, SC. You may recognize Lissa from when I photographed the newlywed’s engagement session a few months ago, which you may view on our blog. Lissa in her wedding gown is gorgeous. She is one of the most classy and elegant people that I have met. She was easy to work with and together we were able to capture so many beautiful portraits of her.

Kirsten’s “Trash the Dress”…

Kirsten Farley-Callahan, from North Myrtle Beach, recently wed her husband in the Las Vegas, NV. When she returned to home, we set up her a Bridal Portrait/”Trash the Dress.” Kirsten is gorgeous in every way and was so easy to photograph! We had such a great time and ended up with breath taking images. My personal favorites are of Kirsten laying on the beach–she looks beautiful!

Tashauna Jackson Bridal Portraits…

Tashauna was recently married in Florence, SC. I was not able to photograph her wedding, but I was able to capture her bridal session. She came down to Charleston for the session accompanied by 6 family members! It was a first for me to have that many people there, but they made her laugh and smile the entire time. For as hot as it was that day, she never showed it! Tashauna and her family were a joy to work with! Good luck in Florida Tashauna!

Jilian Rinehart’s Bridal Session…

I shot Jilian’s bridal session at the always breath taking Boone Hall Plantation in Charleston, SC. Working around her wedding dress alterations, we were not sure that we would have time to shoot her bridals. Two weeks before the wedding, we made the decision to go ahead! Jilian’s mom came along and I ended up putting her to work; she definitely became my assistant for the entire shoot! It was cold at first, but as the day went on Jilian was numb to it, and didn’t even mind. I’m glad too, because the images that we took in the last 30 minutes were my favorites! The night ended with a perfect sunset. Jilian and Robert’s wedding was March 6th and the pictures will be posted shortly!

Shannon & Jay Sialiano Trash that DRESS!

Shannon and Jay were married this past October at the breath taking Pearl River Hilton in New York. Recently, they decided to make a trip to Charleston, SC for a trash the dress session. For their session, we started down town and worked our way towards Folly Beach. We had so much fun, with Shannon’s dad as our chauffeur! We would spot an awesome backdrop/building and all jump out of the car! Take a look at some of my favorites below and on the slideshow…

On a side note, Shannon’s beautiful dress is from the famous Kleinfeld Manhattan, the bridal store from “Say Yes to the Dress.” We have her dress for sale in our Charleston studio if anyone is interested!

The New Mr. & Mrs. John and Kimberly Benford…

Kimberly has been a familiar face on my blog this year and she finally made it to the wedding!! Her and John were married on September 19th, 2009 at the First Baptist Church in Georgetown, SC. Their beautiful ceremony was followed by a reception at the South Island Plantation in Georgetown. It was their first time having a wedding at their location, and they did a fabulous job!! To top off the night, everyone jumped in the pool!! It was awesome and I am so thankful to have been apart of such a beautiful and special day in your lives!

The cake tasted just as amazing as it looks!!

After a long day of wedding bliss, who wouldn’t want to get in the pool!!….ok and maybe a few cocktails were their too!!

Some chose to jump, some were pushed like these two on the left! So which of my next weddings is up for this??

Rebecca Battle Bridal…

Rebecca came up from Cartersville, GA to have her bridal portraits taken at the beach and our studio! On October 17, Rebecca married Cory Clark in Nichols, South Carolina. The wedding took place in her hometown church, and the reception followed at her childhood home. Her wedding will be posted soon, but for now here are some of her Bridal’s.

On the morning of Kimberly’s bridal’s it was nasty and raining! I remember us calling back and forth trying to figure out what to do while she was in hair and makeup. We decided to wait it out and thank goodness we did! The sky was awesome and the lighting perfect!

Brittany Durant’s Bridal Portraits…

Brittany will be getting married December 19th, 2009 to Scott Merritt at Omwake Dearborn Chapel, Catawba College in NC. Brittany, her mom and grandmother came to our Myrtle Beach studio for her portraits. They have been so much fun to work with!! Brittany had so many fun ideas for her bridals, so we did a little bit of everything!! We started in the studio, from their we went to the beach and then headed to a farm in Loris, SC. It was an all day event!! Her beautiful features and carefree nature made her so easy to photograph!
