The majority of our brides are not from Charleston or the “southern” area.  Because of this, all of them ask what a bridal session is and why do they need one.  Are you one of those brides of is thinking about a bridal portrait session?  If so, there are a plethora of reasons you would want to do one!

Some of the following would be:

– A complete hair and makeup trial run…About 40% of the brides end of changing their hair style for the wedding day.

– A wonderful way to see if your dress fits correctly…We often find that the alterations ladies forgot to do a bustle, or the dress needs to be taken in in certain areas.

– It gives us more time on the actual wedding day to spend on other pictures… Bridal sessions take anywhere between 2 and 3 1/2 hours.  During this time, we not only capture an image for a beautiful portrait, but it also helps me figure out what side is your best side or how to bring out a natural smile!
