This past weekend was my mother in law, Karen’s birthday! To surprise her, Caleb (my husband) and I flew to D.C. for the weekend. We had so much fun downtown; I love all the history and culture. On Saturday we spent the day walking around the city and went to see the Robert Frank Photographic exhibit at the National Gallery of Art. He is well known for his book entitled “The Americans.” It’s made up of a collection of photographs, during 1955-56, of his travels around the US. It depicts the american post-war culture.
Here are some of our favorites!
