Owen Thomas Cisne came into this giant world on January 18, 2009 at 9:55 pm. He weighed 7 lbs and was 21 inches long!! He is the new son of Janna and Johnny Cisne and the little brother to Helms John Cisne. I have grown up with Janna’s family and it is such an honor to photograph her boys….both of which I have become very attached to!! Welcome to the world Owen!
